LEVEL — Speed should not decide access
Fair-access launchpad on Solana

Access without the race.

LEVEL replaces first-click advantage with one shared commitment window and one proportional fill ratio. Every wallet enters under the same settlement logic — regardless of when it arrived.

Commit · close · normalize · settle · return
01 / Why LEVEL

A fair launch should not reward the fastest click.

Token launches often turn access into a speed contest. LEVEL changes the variable that matters: everyone has the same time window, the same settlement rule and the same proportional fill logic.

01 / SHARED WINDOW

Time to decide

Participants can commit at any point while the window is open. Being first creates no allocation advantage.

No click race
02 / SHARED RATIO

One fill rate

Once the window closes, one proportional fill ratio is calculated from total demand and available allocation.

Same logic
03 / CLEAN SETTLEMENT

Unused funds return

Only the amount required for the final allocation is used. Everything else is returned automatically.

Nothing trapped
02 / Equal treatment
Every entry counts the same

Every entry counts under the same rule.

Wallet size can differ. Commitment size can differ. Entry time can differ. The settlement rule does not.

No private priority lanes.
No tier-based fill multiplier.
No advantage for committing in the first second.
03 / Mechanism

Enter. Wait. Settle.

LEVEL keeps launch mechanics simple enough to understand before you commit. Four steps define the entire allocation path.

01 / COMMIT

Enter the window

Commit USDC at any point before the window closes.

02 / CLOSE

Freeze demand

When time expires, no new commitments enter the calculation.

03 / NORMALIZE

Calculate ratio

Total demand is compared with available allocation to create one fill rate.

04 / SETTLE

Allocate + return

Each wallet receives the same proportional fill. Unused USDC returns automatically.

Enter wait settle

No gas race. No clicking war.

The open window separates participation from speed. You decide when to commit; settlement decides the final fill only after the window closes.

Commit early or late — the fill ratio is identical.
The final allocation is based on the closed window, not arrival order.
Everyone sees the same settlement logic.
04 / Proportional settlement

Different amounts. Same ratio.

If demand exceeds supply, LEVEL scales every requested allocation by the same final percentage.

Example final fill ratio
42%
42% allocated58% returned
Wallet A commits$1,000$420 allocated
Wallet B commits$500$210 allocated
Wallet C commits$200$84 allocated
Wallet D commits$50$21 allocated

Allocated$420.00
Returned$580.00
Same window same ratio

One ratio for the entire window.

LEVEL does not split participants into faster and slower groups. Once the window closes, every valid commitment settles against the same final fill percentage.

05 / Automatic return

Nothing extra stays locked.

Settlement only consumes the portion needed for the final allocation. The rest returns automatically to the participant.

42% allocated58% returned
Nothing stays locked

Clear in. Clear out.

Participants know the rules before entering. After settlement, any unused commitment is released instead of remaining trapped inside the launch.

No separate refund race.
No unused balance left waiting for manual action.
The allocation and return happen from one settlement result.

07 / Design principle

Fair entry is a rule, not a promise.

LEVEL is designed so the same launch logic applies to every participant inside the same window. The protocol does not need to guess who deserves priority — it removes priority from the mechanism.

One window. One ratio. Same rules.

LEVEL turns allocation from a race into a settlement process that is easier to understand before you participate.

08 / FAQ

Simple rules before entry.

What is LEVEL?

LEVEL is a fair-access launchpad on Solana built around a shared commitment window and proportional settlement. Every valid participant settles under the same final fill ratio.

Does committing earlier increase my allocation?

No. Entering earlier inside the same open window does not improve your proportional fill. The final fill ratio is calculated only after the window closes.

What happens if demand is higher than available allocation?

LEVEL calculates one proportional fill ratio. If that ratio is 42%, every valid commitment receives 42% of its requested allocation.

What happens to the rest of my USDC?

The unused portion is returned automatically during settlement. In a 42% fill example, 58% of each commitment is returned.

Can different wallets commit different amounts?

Yes. Commitment amounts can differ. The fairness rule is that the same proportional fill percentage applies to all valid commitments in the window.
